Molykote® 106 Bonded Lubricant

  • Primary use – Premium long-term “dry” lubrication of precision parts.
  • Special Characteristics – High load-carrying capacity at low speeds; good solvent and oil resistance.
  • Physical Form – Dark gray solvent dispersion of MoS 2, graphite and other solid lubricants with special additives; heat cured.
  • Applications – Wearing-in and extending life of disc clutches, gears, centrifugal pumps, piston and ring-type pumps, control valve components, bearings, shafts; lubricating disconnects, splines, threaded connections; especially suited for dusty environments.
  • Temperature Range – From –95 to 480 degrees Fahrenheit (-71 to 249 degrees Celsius).
  • Container Sizes – Bottles and pails.

Molykote® D-321R Anti-friction Coating

  • Primary Use – Long-term “dry” lubrication where air drying formulation is desired.
  • Special Characteristics – Will not attract contaminants; easy to apply; dries to touch in seconds; cures at room temperature; extreme loads at low speeds.
  • Physical Form – Dispersion of MoS 2, graphite and resin in solvent; cures to a dark gray, dry film lubricant.
  • Applications – Lubricating gears, cutting tools, gear cutters, milling cutters, taps, drills, punches, splines, threaded connections, disconnects; cold extrusion; lubricating moving parts in appliances; especially suited for dusty environments.
  • Temperature Range – From –290 to 840 degrees Fahrenheit (-179 to 449 degrees Celsius).
  • Container Sizes – Spray and pails.

Molykote® 7400 Bonded Lubricant

  • Primary Use – Long-term “dry” lubrication where solvents are unacceptable.
  • Special Characteristics – Water based; environmentally acceptable formulation; high load-carrying capacity.
  • Physical Form – Dispersion of MoS 2 and solid lubricants in a water-dilutable resin binder; cures to a dark gray, dry film lubricant.
  • Applications – Running-in of gears; cold forging of metals; lubricating ball joints, gears, splines, sliding parts, screw actuators, hinges, brake parts, ball bearing cages; especially suited for dusty environments.
  • Temperature Range – From -95 to 390 degrees Fahrenheit (-71 to 199 degrees Celsius).
  • Container Sizes – Pails and drums.
