Oil Sight Glass Leveler & Level Monitor (OSGL)
Oil Sight Glass Leveler & Level Monitor installed on large gear box in waste water treatment plant showing oil level equal to internal reservoir level and the ability to “see your oil and accumulate & dischargewater accumulation.
When installed at the oil reservoir drain port, the Oil Sight Glass Leveler & Level Monitor constantly monitors the oil quality by allowing the user to view the oil color, clarity, and accumulation of water or other contaminations. The drain valve is positioned to quickly discharge any water before it damages the oil lubricity. The upper column equalizes with the reservoir oil level to constantly view and insure the oil level is within the upper & lower limits as established by the o-ring placement.
Each Oil Sight Glass leveler comes with a 2 micron breather attached to the top, which allows the oil level to equalize with the level inside the system, allowing continous management of the oil level.

The height of the upper column comes in heights from 3” to 24” to correspond to the distance from the oil reservoir access port and the maximum height the oil will reach.
A Dual Port Oil Sight Glass Leveler & Level Monitor version is available with a second 3/8” NPT port opposite the installation nipple to allow the installation of a Sample Port for oil sampling.
